After students learned about Keith, we played a fun and interactive game called "Roll-a-Haring" that helped them to create their own Haring style people.
When sketches were finished, the students then drew them onto the front of their final portfolio covers in pencil and then outlined them in Sharpie. To add the bright, bold colors like Keith Haring, students used Watercolor Pencils which are so fun and easy to use! They are just like regular colored pencils, but when you are finished coloring, you add water to them and they turn into paint!
